Luggage Regulations, Assistance, and Service Conditions
Luggage Restrictions and Size: Each passenger can board with one small backpack or hand bag and one medium-sized travel backpack or suitcase. If you travel with large-volume luggage, we recommend leaving it in storage at your accommodation in Cusco and bringing only essential items for your stay near Machu Picchu.
Boarding Tolerance and Schedules: Arrival 30 minutes in advance at official points is mandatory. In Cusco, gathering is at 06:15 AM to depart at 06:45 AM from Plaza de Armas. In Hidroeléctrica, meeting time is at 02:20 PM at Escobar Restaurant to depart punctually at 02:45 PM.
Technical Stops and En-Route Services: During the journey, we make a scheduled 30-minute stop in Pumas / Alfamayo. This space is designed so passengers can use restrooms, have breakfast, or purchase snacks for the trip.
Connectivity and VIP Amenities: Our modern minivans feature Starlink satellite Wi-Fi on board, air conditioning, and active SOAT insurance, guaranteeing a comfortable and safe transfer throughout the journey.
